At Qué Mami Fitness LLC, we are committed to making sure you love your purchase and feel confident, sexy, and empowered in your activewear. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of your order delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Underwear or bodysuits for hygiene reasons
  • Gift cards

To initiate a return, please email us at quemamifitness@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return your item for a refund, and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at quemamifitness@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right.
